A CV, a photo and a video say a lot about you. Here is how we keep them safe, in plain words.
- Encrypted. Your details, CV, photo and video are encrypted before they are stored, and every page travels over HTTPS.
- Row-level security in the database. The database itself keeps every application apart: no applicant can ever see another applicant’s information.
- Recruiters only, with MFA. Only StaffSource recruiters can open applications, each signing in with a password and a second step (multi-factor authentication). Every look is recorded.
- Protected by Cloudflare. The site sits behind Cloudflare, which filters out attacks before they reach us.
- You stay in control. Withdraw and delete your application yourself at any time; anything left is deleted after 365 days.
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Applying through StaffSource is free for candidates.
Do I need to record a video?
No, it is optional. It does help employers get a sense of you quickly.
Who sees my CV and video?
Only StaffSource recruiters, and an employer only once you agree to be put forward for their role.
How long do you keep my details?
Twelve months, then they are deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
